Recently, we landed a project that was different and, let’s just say, packed with enough challenges to keep us on our toes.

Different, because the content was destined for TikTok—a platform where “too polished” is the kiss of death. On TikTok, the more User-Generated a video looks, the better. Overdo it, and bam, it screams “ad” (and nobody likes that). The mission? Make it look like a casual, natural creation straight from a KOL’s phone.

Now, the challenges? Oh, they came in layers:

  1. Jessica Mila was the Brand Ambassador, and we had just 4 hours to shoot. That’s including makeup—so, no pressure, right?

  2. We needed to shoot 3 versions in 3 different setups.

  3. To spice it up, every version had Jessica collaborating with 3 different KOLs—each with their own unique content vibe.

Picture this: juggling a BA and three KOLs with wildly different styles, all while making sure the content felt seamless. Our director basically became a content chameleon—adjusting everything from camera angles to editing styles to match each KOL’s flavor.

And because this was TikTok, we had to go full TikTok mode. Think trending audio, quirky stickers, and that effortlessly casual vibe. We even switched up our usual tools—ditching fancy editing software for something more TikTok-native.

To pull this off in 4 hours, we had to channel Olympic-level coordination, plan like maniacs, and adapt like tech geeks discovering a new gadget. The result? A video that’s polished just enough to not look polished.

It was chaos. It was fun. It was TikTok magic. And yes, we nailed it. 🎥✨
